Hi, your search result says this tour is on "Buy 2 get 1 Free" promo. Does it only apply on particular dates? If we book for 2 people, how do we get the free third one? Thanks
Dear Alf,
The buy 2 get 1 Free is when the 3rd person joins the same tour for free, sharing the same room as the first 2 paying guests. You do not need to book a particular date for this offer as the system will automatically apply the discount when booking online.

thanks for ur fast reply.
I have additional questions.
1. when is the last chance to make a reservation? (can I book right before the day I want to leave?)
2. and I wonder if I can meet the tour guide early in the morning on the 1st day and then have my own schedule.
3. also, I wonder if I can drop off the tour on 5th day and stay more in san francisco.
4. lastly, in that case would I be able to take a tour bus bound to LA? will there be any additional charges?
the more specific the information is the better
Thanks a lot!!
Dear Customer,
1. Booking closer to the tour's departure date increases the risk of non-availability for the seats for your desired tour's travel date. We also need time to process your reservation request. The earlier you submit your reservation, the more time we have to fulfill your request.
2. The meeting times to join the tour are listed on the tour page and cannot be arranged earlier then specified. After meeting the tour guide on the first day, you may choose to arrange the rest of your evening on your own.
3. If you intend to depart from the tour on Day 5, please leave a clear note in the comment box when placing your reservation online. This should be fine, but with your note we would like to pre-inform our local office in order to update you with any special instructions. Kindly note there will be no price revisions made to the tour package for choosing to leave the tour early. You will also need to arrange your own transportation back to Los Angeles.
4. We currently offer a shuttle service from San Francisco to Los Angeles as an addiitonal product. Please click the following link to view: https://www.tours4fun.com/los-angeles-san-francisco-shuttle-bus-tour.html
To view the tour's available dates, simply locate the reservation step 1 on the upper right hand corner of the tour's information page and scroll through the different available dates per month on the reservation calendar to view the tour's available dates shown in bold print.
You can complete all the steps and click on book now to place your order for the tour online.

Tim

Dear Dd,
To transfer to LA on the tour ending day will be additional $35.00 per person. Two available LA drop off locations for you to choose from:
Chinese Theater in Hollywood (approx. arrival time: 4:00 pm)
Or,
Holiday Inn La Mirada (approx. arrival time: 8:00 pm)
If you are looking for a post tour hotel extension in LA, the most convenient hotel that you may want to consider is Holiday Inn La Mirada. However, if you have a departure flight out of LAX on the following day, then you may want to book a LAX airport hotel which offers you a complimentary airport shuttle service.

Dear Pat butler,
We are unable to provide you a pickup/drop off service at the mentioned location. The closest availability will be at a McDonald's restaurant at 3140 West Carefree Highway, Phoenix, AZ 85086 (approx. 15-minute driving distance). You will need to arrange your own transportation for joining the tour.
The tour will not stop at the Church in the Rocks. You will have a view of the church while the tour bus passing by.
Thank you very much for your question.

Dear HH,
The main difference is during Day 6 of each tour.
2-15340 offers the Monterey Peninsula while tour code 2-360 offers Roaring Camp Railroads.
The tours also offer different hotels which also affect the tour price.
Currently tour code 2-360 has dates available for booking.
Please check back with us in 2 to 3 weeks for any updates for 2-15340 2015 departure dates.
Best Regards,
Victor

Dear HHH,
Arrival times into Las Vegas are subject to change, but the tour group will usually get in by late afternoon/ early evening.
The arrival back from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas would be around 6pm.
We advise you purchase any show tickets from your guide, or try to schedule a later show as we there is no guarantee against delays caused by unforeseeable traffic and weather conditions.

hi
can I skip the buffet and have my own lunch time?
plus,
would I be able to make a pause during the tour
so that I could depart earlier from LA or later from LV
and stay more in LV by myself?
so in a way I could use the tour bus on a different date?
like, I take the tour bus from LA to LV, stay 1-2 nights by myself, and then join the tour group after 1-2 days, and come back with the tour bus
lastly, what kind of bus is it?
is it for 15 ppl small bus? or large bus
Dear Jen,
You can advise the tour guide upon arrival that you wish to skip the buffet and the tour guide will let you know what other options are available there at the same location.
Please keep in mind if you self dismiss the tour at anytime you will not be able to re-join the tour.
You will then need to provide your own transportation from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and back.
The tour buses we offer seat about 50 to 55 people.
We also offer shuttle transfer if you desire to arrive early to Las Vegas from Los Angeles.
